Vacations in Ai-petri

The plateau of Ai Petri at an altitude of 1100 metres is almost another world. The air is fresh even in full summer and you can find Tartar that conforms to consumerism, which has made this a great place for tourism. The food has a different fruity flavour from that of the tartar cuisine but is delicious and found in tens of small and improvised restaurants that draw you in with their aroma and meat which is barbequed along the street.
